The contract for Atom, a private household node sold by ALOR Enterprises. Last updated 26 August 2026.
This is the agreement. It is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. By paying, you agree to these terms.
Atom is sold by ALOR Enterprises (“we”, “us”). You buy a private node for your household. Payments are taken through Whop, under Whop’s own terms. Billing and cancel live on Whop. The reservation is instant at payment. We provision a dedicated machine — usually about 10–15 minutes — and send setup.

You must be 18 or older to buy. You are buying for your household, not for resale.
Node is $49 per month, or $349 per year (40% off $588): one dedicated machine and one dedicated IP. Ultimate is $199 per month, or $1,433 per year (40% off $2,388): three dedicated machines for one family, each with its own IP — typically Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. A household invoice for a single node is $99 per month or $713 per year. None of these addresses are shared with other customers. There is no extra initiation fee — the first charge is one period only.
The node is dedicated: one machine, one IP, your household. Reservation is instant. Provisioning usually takes about 10–15 minutes after payment. You may still give a travel date so we know when you fly. Billing starts when you pay.
Speed can reach about 100 MB/s on a clear path. Hotel Wi‑Fi, local networks, and routing still set the floor. We do not promise a speed in every room in every country. Local law where you travel is yours. We do not sell a tutorial for bypassing local controls.
Each node includes about 20 TB of outbound traffic per month — the full allowance on that dedicated machine, passed through one to one. Ultimate is three nodes, so three allowances. Inbound traffic does not count against it. If you will need more, write us before you blow past it. Extra usage is by arrangement, not a surprise cap in the night.
If you ask within 7 days of the first payment, and the node has not been used, we refund that payment in full.
After the node has been used, or after those 7 days, the current period is not refunded. Cancel anytime so you are not billed again.
Crypto refunds go back to the method Whop supports. Card refunds go back to the card. We are not responsible for wallet fees on your side.
The node is for your household. We are not responsible for your traffic, what you do on the node, or what happens on the other side of it.
Do not:
If we confirm abuse — including a credible report — the node is suspended, there is no refund, and you are banned for life. That is the whole consequence.
Keep the setup steps. Turn it on on your phone before hotel Wi‑Fi. You are responsible for devices in the household and for how they are used.
We keep a private node for you while you are paid up. We will try to fix outages. The internet, hotels, and local networks are not under our control. The service is provided as-is, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, a missed flight, hotel Wi‑Fi, or a local block. If we owe you money, it is not more than the last period you paid us.
We keep what we need to bill you and to run the node: name, email, travel date, who is on the node, and where you said you travel, plus that the node is up. We do not sell a browsing history. We do not sell your account to advertisers. Whop processes payment data under their own terms.
We use that information to provision the node, send setup, and answer you. Write [email protected] if you want a copy or a deletion, subject to what we must keep for billing.
You can cancel in Whop at any time. We can suspend or end the node for unpaid bills or a breach of these terms. When it ends, the address is no longer yours.
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we email the address on the order. Using the node after that is agreement to the new version, except where the law says you need to opt in.
Atom is operated by ALOR Enterprises, a US company. These terms are between you and ALOR Enterprises. They are governed by the laws of the United States, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise. Payments processed by Whop are also subject to Whop’s terms. If a court throws out one line, the rest still holds.
